About Me

My name is Marion and I have always been interested in health and fitness.  I do however work in an office and sit for a lot of the day!  For over 10 years I have been sitting on a kneeling chair, and I find it invaluable for keeping my spine straight, improving my posture, and alleviating back problems.  Kneeling Chairs prevent further deterioration of the spine as the spine is elongated and its hard to slouch!   However you can take a break and rest back on the backrest and vary the position for a short break (see below) but usually my spine is erect!   Try a kneeling chair to see the benefits for yourself.
