My name is Marion Clarke and I have always been interested in health and fitness. I do however work in an office and sit for a lot of the day! For over 10 years I have been sitting on a kneeling chair, and I find it invaluable for keeping my spine straight, improving my posture, and alleviating back problems. This is why I created this blog, as I believe others should try a kneeling chair and see the benefits for themselves. Health is so important!
